Our aprons were designed by a professional server to meet the specific needs of professional servers.

First, we put 6 different pockets on our aprons, because we know how important it is to have everything you need close at hand:

• 2 large pockets for guest checks, order books, smart phones and dish cloths
• 4 small pockets to organize all your smaller supplies and keep them close at hand: corkscrew, bottle opener, crumber, pens, lighters

We make our aprons wider - 32 inches - to fit better around more body types. Because cheap aprons are made for narrow, skinny people.

Then we make our apron strings extra wide, because the narrow strings on cheap aprons cut into your waist. And we make our apron strings extra long as well, because the strings on the cheap aprons aren't long enough to wrap securely around us.

We make our aprons out of durable, easy-care blazer poplin fabric so it feels good, looks good and keeps its shape and color - even with repeated washings. Because cheap aprons fade and wear out after just a couple of washes.

We use strongest-in-the-world German thread so it can stand up to daily stress. We use tight industrial stitching to be sure it doesn't fray and fall apart like the cheap knock-offs.

Finally, we double-reinforce all the stress points to make sure our aprons last and last and last and last - because we hate it when cheap aprons look old, worn-out and ratty after just a few weeks.
